Capacity of the cottage :

Standard 2 people, possibility 3 (On sofa bed in the living room, width120 cm

If 3rd person = supplement € 30 per night, including a fitted sheet, 2 pillowcases, 1 duvet and 1 duvet cover for the sofa bed.

Minimum rental period:
2 nights (weekdays or weekends).

Long stay possible.

High season (July and August), rental only by the week, from Saturday to Saturday.

Desired arrival time: 5pm to 7pm // Desired departure time: 11am

Deposits :

Mandatory rental deposit 200 € TTC covering any damage.

Mandatory cleaning deposit 50 € TTC

Deposits are to be paid on arrival on site (credit card not accepted)

They are returned at departure if the cottage is given clean and without damage.

Bed linen :
Duvets and anti-allergenic pillows are available,
Fitted sheet, pillowcases, duvet and duvet cover are provided only for the bed of the room in 140 x 190 cm.

Extra linen set for the sofa bed: Price 10 € per bed / per stay

Towels :
Towels and linen not included.

Towels : Price 5 € per person / per stay.

Washing :

Possibility to have your laundry washed:

15€ the machine / Laundry and fabric softener included. Drying on spreading.

Miscellaneous:

Non-smoking cottage, ashtray available outside.

Pets are not allowed

An inventory of fixtures of entry and exit will be made, with the delivery of the keys.

Deposits are payable on arrival, and returned on departure if no problem.

Payments for options and/or services :

To be paid on site - CB not accepted.

Meeting room rental:

For private or professional events.
